Return Policy:

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Light Communication Concepts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Light Communication Concepts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Light Communication Concepts shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Or Give Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Light Communication Concepts will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. If paid for with a money order Light Communication Concepts will send a company checks as a refund in US Funds if requested. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Light Communication Concepts will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Light Communication Concepts

Shipping Policy:

We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States, however you're responsible for any shipments that are denied by Customs

The added Shipping rates is for USA (for domestic shipping) only

For international shipments (orders outside of the USA) you can estimate approximately 20% of your order plus $3.00 for handling. For postage we will charge to the exact postage amount plus $3.00 handling fees

We can ship by first-class priority mail, book rate, UPS ground, UPS three-day, UPS two- day and UPS next day.
